This trip was a big success. It was well worth doing, and very enjoyable and educational. Seeing first hand was very different from what I expected from reading the news-papers.

I've been invited to the wedding of a Pakistani friend of mine whom I met while living in Botswana। I'll be leaving in about three weeks time and would appreciate any advice you could give as far as airfares, places to see, what kind of currency to take, etc. Maybe even some guidance as to what type of gift I could take for him, her, and the family.
